New/Beginning Freshmen (Tertiary Level)
- Form 138 or Form 137
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from last school attended.
- PRMSU College Entrance Test (PCET)
- latest Pictures (2 pcs. 1” x 1” ID Picture and 1 pc. 2” x 2” ID Picture)
- Original PSA Birth Certificate
- Original PSA Marriage Certificate (for married female applicant)
- Medical Certificate from authorized Health Officer
Transferees
- Transfer Credential/Honorable Dismissal
- Official Transcript of Record/Copy of Grades duly signed by the Campus Registrar.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from last school attended.
- PRMSU College Entrance Test (PCET)
- Latest Pictures (2 pieces identical 1”x1” and 1 piece 2”x2”)
- Admission of transferees is subject to availability of slots.
- Original PSA Birth Certificate
- Original PSA Marriage Certificate for married female applicant.
Admission Policy
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
- Student must pass the University Entrance Examination and College Interview.
- The General Weighted Average (GWA) is at least 85 or higher.
- No grade below 85 in Math, English and ICT subjects.
